The electronic loss-in-weight weigher Mod. ACM is essentially composed of:
1. Surge hopper (OPTIONAL)
2. Support frame
3. Weighing hopper on load cells
4. Extracting AUGER
5. Internal mixer
6. Electrical operator panel complete
with microcomputer and inverter |

The ACM is designed to ACCURATE dose powdery products.
Our ACM can be used to dose:
• fi Micro ingredients in a discontinuous
mixing process like: Acid ascorbic,
Flour improvers…
• fi Micro ingredients in a continuous
process like: Vitamins, additives,
ascorbic acid, dry gluten |

The careful design, the use of three load cells and a sophisticated electronics on board, assure high precision and reliability.
Product inside the ACM is continuously agitated by a MIXER. The mixer motorization is independent to avoid product bridges and clogging inside the weighing hopper. |
