The product to be dosed is put into the machine through the surge hopper or a auger feeder on the top of the ACM.
Product enters into the hopper, which is suspended on three load cells. |

The MIXER keeps the product in movement and facilitates its extraction through the auger.
The auger, driven by the inverter, rotates.
The inverter receives the input signal voltage (0-10 V) proportional to the speed the auger must keep.
Reading the decreasing weight on the load cells, the ACM’s microcomputer controls the auger motor speed to obtain the required output capacity with the best accuracy.
If requested the ACM can be complete manufactured in stainless steel. |
