Fully automatic high speed carousel packer complete with automatic bag placer and total filled bag control

The line is essentially composed of:
- Surge hopper;
- One or more electronic "Net weight" bagging scale/s;
- Discharge hopper;
- carousel packer mod. UR4/A (4 spouts) or UR6/A (6 spouts);
- Automatic bag placer mod. ABF;
- 2 or 3 bag shakers (optional);
- sweeper, floor or ceiling type (optional);
- total bag control system for filled bags;
- bag closing line;
- The line is complete with one electrical operator panel.
The carousel packer mod. UR is the heart of the system. It is composed of a platform that contains 4 or 6 spouts. This enables to organize in succession the bagging operations, so, while the operator feeds the empty bag on a station, on the following stations bag is filled and then shaken to enable product settling.
The opportunity of doing , at the same time, different operations on more stations, allows to reach speeds up to 1200 bags/h (model UR6).
The step-type rotation is through a mechanical device, cam type, that assures a smooth movement, very low vibrations, high repetition of positioning and utmost reliability. |

MACHINERY PURPOSE |

This machine is specially designed for floury products high-speed bagging.
CBS/A line can fill bags ranging from 10 to 100 Kg of plastic, paper, jute, woven polypropylene, laminated polypropylene, etc..
According to the features of each plant, the carousel packer can rotate clock or counter-clock wise; in the same way, the support structure can be ceiling or floor-mounted.
