Fully automatic high speed carousel packer complete with automatic bag placer and total filled bag control

|
The product to be bagged is dosed by one or more weighers located on top of the carousel (weighers are generally 2). Once the dose is ready, the weigher which must discharge the product, waits for the permission feeding back from the PLC. It does not open the discharge flaps until the automatic bag placer [mod. ABF] has not placed a new bag under the bag spout [mod. BSA].
At this point, if there isn’t any anomalies, the carousel rotates by one station, the discharge ring goes down and product is discharged into the bag.
The duration of the discharge is set according to the product to be handled and the bag size.
While the machine discharges, the automatic bag placer [mod. ABF] can feed the bag spout with another empty bag.
Any time a bag is fed and the permission is given on the bag spout microswitch, the machine rotates by one position; in the stations following the filling one, product is settled by following vibrations.
At the end of the shaking operations, the bag is picked up by TBC system that carries them to the bag closing station. |
