Electronic "Net weight" Bagging scale
 
   
 

The electronic “Net weight” bagging scale mod. CS/e is essentially composed of:

1. Support frame
2. Weighing hopper
3. Electrical control panel (not indicated)
4. Pneumatic slide gate
5. FRL unit (Air pressure regulation and lubrication unit)
6. Aspiration hook
7. Two load cell type
“SINGLE POINT”
8. Feeding system (depends on product)
   
  The electronic weigher mod. CS/E is
dedicated to batch powdery and granular products.
It is part of bagging line and it is the
device used to determinate the quantity of product to be discharged in the bag.
The main purpose is to dose in the short time as possible and with the
best precision, one batch of product
  correspondent to the desired bag weight
and then discharge this amount of product in the same bag.
The weigher works completely in automatic mode .It is able to execute dosing after dosing without operator interventions.
The same weigher type is insertable inside to automatic bagging systems where the operator is required only to initialize and end production process and for discontinuos control activity.
