The loss in weight feeder mod. LCM has been designed for accurate liquid product dosing.

Machine control firmware has been designed to easily synchronized several devices at the same time. Several devices are connected each other and to remote computer obtaining powerful and accurate continuous mixing systems.

The machine is essentially mode by a pneumatic loading valve, a weighing hopper hanging on 3 off center load cells and a modulating unloading valve. The whole controlled by an electronic controller locate an board of the machine which synchronized the filling phases, surveys the weight changing in the hoper, measures the delivered flow and referring to the set point and corrects, eventually, the unloading valve openining.

The machine is totally made of stainless steel AISI304 or higher.
