The product to bag is dosed by an electronic "net weight" scale , Mod. CS/E
(usually it is the model CSB/E with belt feeding type), placed on the packer mod. SBL.
The operator put the empty bag on the bag spout and he activates the electrical closing botton.
After that the operator has load the bag , the bag spout closes keeping the bag.
After the bagspout closure,it slides on the tube (1), moving up and the tube (2) goes inside the bag.
When the upper position is reached, the scale CS/E discharge the product dose into the tube, and at
the same time, the screw (AUGER) start to compress the product into the bag.
The pressure on the product move down the bagspout until the lower position .In this position the product is compatted in the best way.
After that the bagspout release the bag.
The filling pressure is programmable and depends on the product used and the dimensions of the bag. |
