Bagging Station for valve bags complete with automatic bag placer

  CONCEPTION
  The model SVS/A is essentially composed of:

1. Electronic "NET WEIGHT" bagging scale complete with surge and discharge hoppers;
2. Valve packer mod. VP;
3. Automatic bag placer mod.ABF/V;
4. Motorized bag store for empty bags;
5. Belt conveyor for filled bags
6. Electrical operator panel that controls he whole line;
7. Safety guards.
  PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE
 

The SVS/A is designed to pack powder and granular products into valve bags.

Thanks to the presence of the automatic bag placer mod. ABF/V the system can assure high performance without the presence of operators. All operations are automatic and controlled by PLC.

From an alphanumeric display the operator can control and monitor all function of the system.
