The line may be fed by one or two scales, gravity, turbine, belt or twin screw feeder type, according to product and with 1, 2, 3 or 4 valve packer. The production can be up to 1200 bags/h.
The automatic bag placer can be rotary or front type.
Following product chemical/physical characteristics different dosing systems are available:
A type: Forced Fluidization for high production
with free flowing products;
G type: Gravity feeder for free flowing granular products;
L type: accelerator for granular products with poor flowing characteristics;
F type: vertical shaft turbine combined with screw feeder for cereals flour;
C type: horizontal shaft Turbine for powder products with coarse granulation.
The line may be supplied with the product contact parts made of stainless steel AISI 304 or higher. |
