The line may be fed by one or two scales, gravity, turbine, belt or twin screw feeder type, according to product and with 1, 2, 3 or 4 valve packer.

dosing systems are available:
A type: Forced Fluidization for high production
with free flowing products.
G type: Gravity feeder for free flowing granular products.
L type: accelerator for granular products with poor flowing characteristics.
F type: vertical shaft turbine combined with screw feeder for cereals flour
C type: horizontal shaft Turbine for powder products with coarse granulation.
The line may be supplied with the product contact parts made of stainless steel AISI 304 or higher. |
